Plating Process

The industry has come a long way from film and caustic additive plates. Our state-of-the-art Suprasetter thermal plating system is operated by Prinect technology and features chemistry-free "developing" by simply rinsing off the plate background. The result is a sharp reproduction of the printing dot with no dangerous or hazardous chemicals to dispose of. Further, to assure the utmost in quality — the plating-making process is fully automated so no one touches the plates thus eliminating the risk of scratches, smudges or fingerprints.
