Printed wraps mounted to 28 pt. chipboard (CNK) shells, producing 12˝ gatefold style record jackets with additional hinged pockets inside. Inner hinged pockets are made of 18 pt. C2S SBS stock, die cut/folded/glued and glued inside the gatefold jacket. Suitable for up to 4 records, The standard is printed (outside) on 80 lb. Litho Label stock, trimmed and mounted. Options include one or more pockets sealed for a true “album style” jacket (like the old days). Other stocks may be used--call for quote.
Suitable for up to four 12˝ vinyl records. Not recommended for heavyweight vinyl.
